Your information.
Handled with care.
Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we store your name, email, optional phone number, service interest, and message so Baker Street can review and respond. Please do not submit sensitive financial information through the public inquiry form.
Consultation requests and email notifications
Consultation privacy notice version: consultation-2026-10-09. In addition to your name, email, selected practice and general purpose, you may provide a phone number, city/state, enterprise name, contact preference, referral source, timing, service selections and broad family-office or business context. Optional business questions include revenue and loan-size bands, broad funding purpose and lender discussions. We record your consent version and timestamp, review status, follow-up actions and notification processing history.
After saving your request, we queue a limited notification to Baker Street and an acknowledgement to your email address. When configured, our transactional email provider processes the contact information and message needed to send these emails. Detailed financial responses are excluded from notification emails. Delivery may fail or be delayed; saving a request does not guarantee email delivery or a response timeline.
Structured consultation answers are encrypted before storage. Authorized administrators review inquiries through a separate, access-controlled consultation workspace. Do not submit Social Security numbers, full bank-account numbers, passwords, tax returns, beneficiary details, birth dates or confidential legal documents. This public form does not accept attachments.
Inquiry information is retained for follow-up and applicable engagement or recordkeeping needs. You may request deletion by email. An authorized administrator reviews retention obligations before erasing a closed inquiry; minimal audit records and consent timestamps may remain. Existing backups and email-provider copies may have separate retention periods. The consultation process is independent of the client portal.
Client portal
The portal uses Sign in with ChatGPT. We receive an account identifier, email address, and, when available, your display name. Access must be approved by Baker Street. Portal documents and requests are accessible to the authorized client account and designated Baker Street administrator. Each client account has a separate workspace.
Storage and use
Inquiry details, client access records, document metadata, and service requests are stored in the website’s hosted database. Uploaded files are stored in hosted object storage. Information is used to respond to inquiries and perform agreed services. Hosting and authentication providers process information necessary to operate these features.
Technical information
Authentication uses session technology provided by the sign-in service. The site does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Public inquiry submissions use a hashed network identifier for abuse prevention; abuse-control records are periodically deleted.
Your choices
Email Chris@bakerstreetmgmt.com to request information about your records, corrections, access changes, or deletion. Retention may depend on the engagement and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
